[Map] The Viceroy’s Suite

The Viceroy's Suite

This patron supported map was originally published on Patreon in January 2016.

The idea for this map was originally for a mini-map, but it turned out as a bit bigger map. The idea for the map was originally by “HR” on Twitter. This map was made with Star Wars in mind, but I tried to make the map generic enough, so that it could be used in most scifi, cyberpunk and why not modern secret agent settings as well.

[Map] The Temple of Reincarnation

I had an idea of a map with something that could be used for more investigative adventure. Instead of abandoned ruins and murky dungeons, I decided to go with a temple that is actually a façade for a demon, an immortal monster or an undead monstrosity, like a vampire. I didn’t want to specify what the monster is, so you can pick your own favorite monster of the week that fits the PC’s power level.

Here’s a little map I drew a while back a little tipsy and coloured it afterwards as a little experiment after I reached one of my previous goals on Patreon and got enough support per creation to cover my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. After that I have reached two additional goals. With one I got myself a new Wacom drawing tablet and with another an A3/tabloid sized flatbed scanner.

[Map] Panopticon-class Prisoner Transport Vessel

I started to experiment with some alternative fill patterns to replace the “Dyson-style” hatch pattern with something more suitable for spaceships and other technical structures. After a few tries I came up with this pattern. I made a small sample, and decided to make a bit larger map using the same pattern. This little experiment turned into a full map of a prisoner transport spaceship.

[Map] The Temple of Shattered Minds

Because of my limited spare time I don’t usually do maps per order, but occasionally I have a few hours to spare for commission work. Here’s a regional map I did a while back for The Temple of Shattered Minds by James J. Haeck. It is a Dungeons &Dragons 5th edition adventure for 5th level characters.

[Map] Evacuated Rebel Base

Evacuated Rebel Base

Here’s a map of an evacuated rebel base with some supplies still left for loot.  I did this awhile back for Steve Barr, one of my $5 tier patrons as an Instant Surprise Reward and it’s shared with a permission.

I hope you like it 🙂

[Map] Scavenger Town

Right after I made the Walker Wreck map, I thought that I need to make another map to go with it. I decided to continue riffing off of Star Wars The Force Awakens and ended up drawing a map of a small trading post for trading junk and other scavenged valuables for food, water, clothes and equipment. Sometimes maybe even for a ride out of the wasteland.

[Map] Walker Wreck

walkerwreck

This map was originally published as a patron supported map on Patreon in January 2016.

The idea for this map I got from the latest Star Wars movie. In the movie Rey, a wasteland scavenger has her home in a wrecked AT-AT walker. I though that it would be a really cool idea to have some sort of hideout built inside a wrecked walker. I expanded on the idea a bit and designed the map so that the walker has fallen against a rock formation and as the walker bashed against the rocks an entrance was revealed into caves inside the big rock.
